Liga Hartmane

Liga Hartmane is a partner and head of the trade and technology practice group at Klavins & Slaidins LAWIN, specialising in competition law, commercial agency, franchising and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. Ms Hartmane holds a Diploma in EC Competition Law (2005), University of London King's College, and has graduated from University of Latvia Faculty of Law (dipl iur 2000, mag iur 2002). She has been ranked among the top legal professionals in Latvia by the leading international legal directories. She has written numerous law review articles regarding Latvian antitrust and competition law and practice. Ms Hartmane has also held lecturing positions in Legal Theory at the University of Latvia and at the Latvian Training Center for Judges. Languages: English and Latvian.
