Douglas Lahnborg

Douglas Lahnborg is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition group in Orrick's London office. He joined the firm in 2008.

Mr. Lahnborg's practice covers all areas of EU and UK competition law. Mr. Lahnborg has extensive experience representing clients before the EC Commission. He trained with the State Aid Policy unit and the Merger Task Force of DG Competition. He has in-depth knowledge of UK and EU merger control having advised clients on divestiture cases and second phase investigations in both jurisdictions. Mr. Lahnborg has wide experience from issues relating to Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty, cartels and private damages actions.
