Jesper Fabricius

Accura

Jesper Fabricius heads the competition practice of Accura. He advises a number of Danish and international clients on all matters related to merger control, agreements restrictive of competition and business practices of companies with a dominant market position. His regular client base includes a number of industrial and business clients, for example within the consumer goods industry, the media business, engineering and technical services and logistics, and also mail operations.

Jesper is an expert on EU public procurement regulation, and has published several books and articles on the subject on which he also advises a number of public authorities and private suppliers. Moreover, with a background as an IPR lawyer, he is experienced in issues relating to the interaction between competition law and intellectual property law.

Jesper has been a partner at Accura since 2005. Prior to that, he was as a partner at Lett for five years. From 1991 to 2000 he worked as an attorney and initially assistant attorney with Bech-Bruun & Trolle (now Bech-Bruun). He graduated in Law from the University of Copenhagen in 1989 and subsequently received a Master in European Community Law from the College of Europe in Bruges. He was admitted to the Danish Bar in 1992 and to the Danish High Court in 1995. He has published a number of publications and articles on EU law, EU procurement rules, EU tenders, intellectual property law and company law.
