Tilman Siebert
Tilman Siebert is a partner in the Munich office of SJ Berwin and heads the German EU and competition department. Tilman advises on all matters of German and European competition law, including merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission; coordination of international multi-jurisdictional filings; cartel investigations before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission; competition litigation before German and European courts; and general competition law advice (including advice on compliance issues, joint ventures, distribution agreements, licensing agreements as well as research and development cooperations).
Prior to joining SJ Berwin in 2005, Tilman spent more than five years working for another major law firm in Berlin and Brussels. Tilman is admitted as a German-qualified lawyer. He is a member of the German Competition Law Association and regularly publishes and lectures on competition law topics. He speaks German and English.
