Tatjana Mühlbach
Dr Tatjana Mühlbach joined the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP as an associate in 2007. She works in the EU and competition department and specialises in German and European competition and antitrust law. Her work includes merger control proceedings, contentious competition cases, cartel investigations and proceedings dealing with the abuse of dominance.
Before joining SJ Berwin, Tatjana worked for several years at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in the fields of competition law and EU law. She holds a doctorate in EU Law from the University of Hamburg. Tatjana is a member of the German Association of Antitrust Law.
