Laura Matilde Cerri
Laura joined the Milan office of SJ Berwin LLP in May 2008 after two years of practice in another major international law firm, where she was a member of the M&A - corporate and commercial, and EU and competition law departments.
Laura is a member of the firm's EU and competition law department, where she focuses her practice on Italian and EU competition law and, in particular, on pre-merger filings to competent competition authorities and cartel issues.
Laura graduated in Law in 2006 at the Commercial University Luigi Bocconi of Milan with the highest marks and with a final thesis on the European and Italian regulation in new-media markets.
