Michel Chatelin
Michel Chatelin is an attorney at law and partner within the Corporate Law section in the Eversheds Faasen Amsterdam office. Michel graduated from the faculty of Law at the University in Leiden the Netherlands. He also studied at the International Institute for Energy Law and the European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy in Leiden.
Michel has wide experience in advising both national and international clients on all aspects of competition law. Michel Chatelin advises Dutch and foreign clients on corporate and commercial law. The focus in his practice is on commercial contracts, acquisitions and joint ventures.
He advises governments as well as (large) foundations and associations. Michel is specialized in corporate and competition law. He also has clients operating in the semi public sector such as private, waste-disposal and energy companies, healthcare, educational institutions and housing corporations.
