Rohit K Singla is a partner in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Mr Singla's practice focuses on complex business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust and intellectual property issues in high-technology sectors. Mr Singla's antitrust and intellectual property clients have run the gamut from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers to companies in the software, semiconductor and internet publishing industries.

Much of Mr Singla's practice has focused on the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property including the defence of allegations of software tying, sham patent litigation and anticompetitive patent settlements. Mr Singla also has extensive experience with complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation including MDL proceedings and class actions.

Mr Singla received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1998. After clerking for Judge Alfred T Goodwin on the Ninth Circuit, Mr Singla was awarded a research fellowship with Stanford Law School's law, science & technology programme. Mr Singla has degrees in computer science and international relations from Stanford University.
