W Todd Miller
W Todd Miller, the managing partner of Baker & Miller PLLC, is recognised as one of the leading competition lawyers in the world. He appears regularly for clients in Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission proceedings and is actively involved in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Among other matters, Mr Miller is the lead counsel for Qantas Airways Limited in the air cargo matter involving both a Department of Justice criminal investigation and multidistrict litigation. He also acted for Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) in defending a merger challenged by the Department of Justice and acts for DFA in a multidistrict litigation challenging its marketing practices. Mr Miller teaches the comparative and international antitrust law course at the Washington College of Law at American University and has written and spoken on a variety of antitrust topics. He is the principal author of the US chapter of Rowley and Baker, International Mergers: The Antitrust Process. Mr Miller is an honours graduate of the University of Virginia in economics and of the University of Michigan in law.
