Sarah K McLean
Sarah McLean is a lawyer in the business law group at Ogilvy Renault. Her area of practice is competition law. She advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominance issues, and criminal conspiracy investigations. Some of her recent merger clearance experience includes acting for Alcan in its unsolicited offer by Alcoa and proposed acquisition by Rio Tinto, Bowater in its proposed merger with Abitibi, and Alderwoods Group in its acquisition by SCI. She also represents clients in civil and criminal matters involving competition law issues. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005.
