Michael S Lazaroff
Michael S Lazaroff is a senior counsel in the litigation department of Proskauer Rose LLP, the deputy chair of its antitrust practice group, and a member of its white-collar criminal defence practice group. His practice includes both private and governmental antitrust litigation, antitrust counselling and representing corporations and individuals in both civil and criminal government investigations. He has represented clients in numerous industries including the pharmaceutical, medical device, artificial teeth, waste, securities and airline industries. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s antitrust section and a number of its committees.
