Jennifer M Driscoll
Active in the ABA section of antitrust law, Jennifer is vice chair of the unilateral conduct committee and a member of the long-range planning committee. She has spoken on international cartel and unilateral conduct panels and written articles and papers on those topics.
Jennifer earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000, where she was the symposium editor for the Journal of International Economic Law. She also studied at the 1999 Summer Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University de Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She earned her MPA in 1996 and her BS in 1993 from Cornell University. She is proficient in French.
Jennifer is admitted to practise in New York and in England and Wales as a solicitor. She is admitted before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
