Richard DiZinno

Richard DiZinno is an associate in the antitrust practice at Howrey in Washington, DC. Mr DiZinno has experience defending clients facing litigation and enforcement actions across multiple jurisdictions. Mr DiZinno is currently serving as counsel to a defendant in the In re Marine Hose Antitrust Litigation multidistrict litigation proceeding, and represents Intel Corporation in its involvement with antitrust issues around the world. Last year, Mr DiZinno helped Waste Management defeat attempted monopolisation claims in a private antitrust action. Mr DiZinno has also tried two federal civil cases to verdict as second-chair trial counsel.
