Yizhe Zhang
Jones Day
Yizhe Zhang, an associate in Jones Day's Beijing office, focuses her practice on antitrust and competition law. She also worked in the antitrust practice of Jones Day's Washington, DC office after receiving an LLM degree from Columbia University in 2006. She frequently assists clients on Chinese and US antitrust merger review matters.
Before joining Jones Day, Yizhe worked for China's Antimonopoly Office at the Ministry of Commerce and was heavily involved in the drafting of the PRC Antimonopoly Law and other regulations for foreign mergers and acquisitions.
