Anderson Mori & Tomotsune

Etsuko Hara is an associate at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, Tokyo. She has a broad range of experience in competition law, including cartel investigations, global alliances, as well as preparation of compliance guidelines. She was on secondment to the EU and competition group of Allen & Overy LLP in their Brussels office from September 2006 to March 2007, where she enhanced her insight into EU competition law. She is a graduate of Columbia Law School (LLM) and Tokyo University (LLB). She was admitted as a lawyer in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007. She speaks Japanese, English and French.
