Mrs Suchitra Chitale is the managing partner of the firm and has been in practice for more than 20 years. She heads the firm’s competition team, whose practice includes providing advice and acting on the behalf of clients in Indian competition law matters. The anti-trust and competition practice includes representing clients before the authorities in India and advising on Indian antitrust and competition law requirements, including requirements of foreign-to-foreign mergers. She is also an advocate on record in the Supreme Court of India. Mrs Chitale has been described as ‘vastly experienced’ with ‘an impressive track record’ by Legal 500.
