James is a corporate and commercial partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, including resources and energy. Since March 2005, he has been on secondment to the firm's associated office in Indonesia, Soebagjo, Jatim, Djarot, based in Jakarta. James has been involved in a number of major projects in Australia, the Americas, Africa and more recently Asia.
