Karen Yookyung Choi

Karen Yookyung Choi is an associate and foreign legal consultant in Shin & Kim’s Seoul Office. Ms Choi’s practice focuses on antitrust matters and M&A transactions. Ms Choi has advised multinational companies in cartel investigations, private antitrust litigation and abuse of market dominance cases.
After receiving her LLB from Yonsei University, Ms Choi earned her LLM and JD at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
