Sarah Jordan's practice and experience covers the full range of EU and UK competition law, advising on cartels, mergers and antitrust issues. Sarah has worked with international clients in a wide range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, directory and internet services, basic manufacturing, chemicals, digital storage products, financial services and HVAC equipment and controls, and paper. Sarah has particularly strong experience of conduct matters, including transatlantic cartel investigations, advising on dawn raid procedures and internal antitrust audits, acting on cases before the European Commission and European Courts and dealing with potential damages claims. Sarah joined Howrey in Brussels in 2002, but subsequently moved to the firm's London office in November 2007 where she continues to work on all aspects of European and UK competition cases. Sarah was also seconded to Howrey's Washington DC office where she worked on US merger matters. Sarah is a member of the England and Wales Law Society's competition law section committee.
