Silvia D'Alberti
Allen & Overy - Studio Legale Associato
Silvia D’Alberti leads Allen & Overy’s Italian competition group. She holds an LLM from Yale Law School. Silvia regularly represents major Italian and international companies in investigations carried out by the Italian Antitrust Authority and European institutions into mergers, anti-competitive practices, cartels and abuses of dominant position. She also extensively represents clients before the Italian administrative courts in proceedings against decisions of the Italian Competition Authority. In her previous position as an official of the Italian Competition Authority, responsible for the energy investigation unit, she gained considerable experience of substantive and procedural competition issues.
