Mihaela Ion
Mihaela Ion is a senior associate within the competition practice group at Popovici Nitu & Asociatii. She joined the Firm in 2006 and became senior associate in 2009. Her area of expertise covers in particular antitrust litigation, unfair trade practices, consumer law, merger control proceedings and state aids. She also assists clients in structuring and implementing compliance programs, providing regular training as external legal counsel on all relevant aspects of competition law.
Mihaela Ion holds a Degree in Law and is member of the Romanian Bar Association.
