Natalia Ivolgina
Natalia works as an associate in Hannes Snellman's Saint Petersburg office. Her fields of expertise include competition and administrative law. She has extensive experience in competition, labour, corporate, contract and civil law. She has also successfully represented Russian and foreign persons and legal entities before state authorities in tax, antimonopoly and registration matters.
Natalia has advised clients in a large number of competition issues relating to antitrust distribution agreements, competition restrictions for companies with a dominant position, avoidance of unfair competition and liability for violation of competition law.
