Camilla Paoletti
Camilla Paoletti is an associate lawyer at Barcellos Tucunduva, a traditional firm founded in 1954 and located in Sío Paulo, Brazil. She gained her bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Sío Paulo Catholic University Law School (2007) and is a member of the Competition Commission of the Sío Paulo Bar Association. Prior to joining Mauro Grinberg’s team in 2006, she had international experience at the law firm Allen & Overy LLP in Hamburg, Germany (2006). She also developed activities within the Administrative Council of Economic Defense (CADE), in 2007, providing assistance in the analysis of mergers and administrative proceedings. Her practice encompasses merger control and antitrust litigation on behavioral matters. She has published the article ‘CADE’s new guidelines’ in the Gazeta Mercantil journal (2008).
