Sharon Henrick
Sharon Henrick is a partner in the competition law and regulatory group and the head of the Australian group.
Sharon principally advises clients on large-scale commercial transactions and investigations which have a competition law application in Australia or the Asia-Pacific region.
Sharon has clients before a range of competition agencies, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the New Zealand Commerce Commission, the Competition Commission of Singapore and the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
Sharon advises clients across a number of sectors, including in the mining, energy, aviation, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, health, financial services, food and beverages, technology and media sectors.
Sharon’s status as a leader in her field is reflected in a range of industry rankings, including her nomination for Global Competition Review’s Who’s Who Legal in successive years (including 2012) and her listings as a ‘leading’ practitioner by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2011), The International Financial Review’s Expert Guide to Competition and Antitrust Lawyers and Economists (2012) and Chambers Asia Pacific (2012). Sharon is also endorsed by PLC Which Lawyer (2011). Sharon was shortlisted for the inaugural Euromoney Legal Media group Asia Women in Business law Awards 2012.
