Amanda Bodger is a partner in the Melbourne office. She has extensive experience in representing clients on a broad range of competition law and consumer protection issues in the context of commercial dealings. She specialises in consumer protection, advertising law and product liability, and has acted for many clients in relation to disputes with regulators and with other competitors concerning advertising issues.

Amanda leads the firm’s Telstra client relationship and has acted for a large number of major corporations including Sensis, National Australia Bank and Holden in relation to trade practices and consumer protection issues.

Amanda Bodger is noted for her ‘pragmatic commercial decisions’, according to the 2011 edition of Asia Pacific Legal 500, and she is recognised as a key individual in Chambers Global (2011).
